Refund policy

Unopened and sealed bottles of olive oil can be returned within 7 days of receiving their shipment. Refunds will be processed if bottles arrive back to our warehouse unopened, sealed and in "new condition". Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees. We don't accept refunds for opened bottles of olive oil, unless damaged in shipment.

If a bottle is damaged or broken in transit, Zimms Organics will send a replacement bottle within 3 days of communication with the customer.

For sanitary and health reasons, we cannot accept returns for accessories such as: Sip Glass and Stainless Steel Pour Spouts. If there is a photo documented issue, such as breakage or spout not working properly we will assess for a refund.
