Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped in a timely fashion (between 1-5 business days of receiving the order). Once products leave our warehouse, Zimms Organics is not responsible for the condition during shipment. If there is any issue with your order (broken or damaged), please send us an email at info@zimmsorganics.com with your order number and images of the package, and we will review your case and determine if a replacement is applicable.
